Introverts perform better when they know what to expect. They need to know what is expected of them and what they should be working on in the next few days, weeks or even months. They need a boss who can help them visualize their responsibilities and tasks because that’s what helps them succeed.

Search for employers that use various methods of communication
Because introverts don’t usually work well in group discussions, it helps them feel more comfortable when other methods of communication are used. This is where technology comes in handy. Nowadays, there are numerous platforms available to make communication a lot easier in offices and a good example is Slack. With the use of this technology and other similar platforms, introverts get the chance they need to work independently while making sure they get the support they need.
Determine your limits
There’s no better way to find out whether or not you’ll be comfortable working in a company than by knowing your own limits. Determine what you can and cannot tolerate and don’t push it if you know certain things aren’t going to make you more productive or efficient. No one else can tell what you’re comfortable doing but you.
