You’re losing focus
A person or employee who is in a state of burnout finds it difficult to stay focused on the task at hand. They find it hard to concentrate and are usually feeling overwhelmed with the workload and job pressure from the boss and from themselves.
You feel exhausted
Exhaustion is one of the most obvious signs of job burnout. And being exhausted is not limited to being physically tired. It can also be related to the feeling of being mentally and emotionally drained. You don’t feel motivated anymore
