Know what to start or stop. If your workload is taking a toll on you, you may want to take some time to evaluate your life. If you’re exhausted andfrustrated at the end of most days, change may be needed.

Whatever the reason or motivation, you may want to identify actions or activities you’d be better off cutting out of your life completely. Doing this helps you manage your time efficiently, making you feel less stressed.

Beware of snowballing. Staying under stress for a long period of time can drag you down little by little. Don’t let your stress snowball. Instead, find ways to change any habits that produce stress in your life. Make a conscious effort to change or avoid stressful situations if you can, or at least minimize work stressors on a day-to-day basis.
